Wee Wonder Participation, Media, and Enrollment Agreement

Permission to Participate

I am the parent or legal guardian of the child being registered, and I have the authority to enter into this agreement on the child’s behalf. I give permission for my child to take part in Wee Wonder classes, programs, performances, and related activities.

Wee Wonder programs may include physical movement, dance, music, art projects, creative play, and the use of classroom materials or equipment. I understand that participation may involve ordinary risks, including falls, collisions, physical strain, accidental contact with other participants, or reactions to art and classroom materials.

I am responsible for deciding whether my child can safely participate and for informing Wee Wonder of any medical conditions, allergies, physical limitations, or other concerns that may affect their participation.

Acceptance of Risk and Release

I voluntarily accept the risks associated with my child’s participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Wee Wonder and its owners, employees, instructors, independent contractors, volunteers, and representatives from claims or demands arising from injury, illness, death, property damage, or other loss connected with my child’s participation, including claims involving ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to conduct that cannot legally be waived, including gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wee Wonder and its owners, employees, instructors, independent contractors, volunteers, and representatives from claims, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from my child’s participation, conduct, or failure to follow program instructions and safety rules, to the extent permitted by law.

Photo, Video, and Audio Permission

I authorize Wee Wonder to photograph, film, or record my child during classes, programs, performances, or events. I understand that Wee Wonder may use these images or recordings for educational, informational, or promotional purposes, including printed materials, newsletters, websites, advertisements, social media, and program videos. I understand that I will not receive payment for the use of these materials and that Wee Wonder may edit, reproduce, or publish them in connection with its programs and services.

Class Cancellation and Tuition Policy

To cancel a student’s enrollment in Wee Wonder classes, written notice must be received at least seven days before the first day of the upcoming month. Cancellation requests may be submitted by email or through another written method approved by Wee Wonder.

Class tuition is nonrefundable once payment has been made. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes, withdrawals, or cancellation requests submitted after tuition has been paid.

Agreement

By signing, I confirm that I have carefully read this document, understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to the Participation, Media and Enrollment Agreement, including the Class Cancellation and Tuition Policy.
